The living area is distributed on one level and consists of lounge with separate dining area, kitchen, one double bedroom with en suite, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom which share a separate bathroom. The lounge opens onto a covered terrace with dining and sitting area overlooking the private pool and mature gardens. Just off the terrace there is shower room and toilet, stairs lead to a roof terrace with fantastic views over the bay of Pollensa and beyond. Special winter rates available.
